Shopping online was easy. The tracking and shipping time communication was excellent. The biggest surprise was when the fabric arrived (6 1-yard samples to try it out) and every single fabric was better than I had anticipated it would be. The fabric I ordered came so fast! It's the softest 100% cotton I've ever bought. I won't be using it until after the holidays, but I plan on making pillow cases for kids going through Chemo. I think the emergency vehicles pattern that glows in the dark will be a HUGE hit for them. Thanks for carrying such quality fabric.

I am so excited. I found a material online, to recover a chair. I was pretty sure I loved it. I paid for it online and my mom picked it up for me. She said the lady was so nice to her. I had a couple questions and they emailed me back instantly and said they would refund the shipping since I was having it picked up, which they did. I absolutely LOVE my fabric and it is such great quality. In this day, having an all around EXCELLENT experience is almost unheard of. From professionalism, customer service to quality of product, I am beyond pleased. If you are on the fence, give them a try you will NOT be sorry. Great buys on craft supplies. Large inventory of fabrics and notions. The warehouse is big enough to handle the Christmas crowd during their annual sale. Very little waiting. Parking was a difficult due to loading area blocking flow of traffic in the rain.
Service is superb. Had an issue where they sent me the wrong fabric. I contacted them and the very next day what I had ordered was in the mail to me. They sent me a mailing label so I could send the other fabric back to them. Iāve been to the outlet many times and Iāve never been disappointed. I always come home with something.

Monthly sales are great. Prices on fabrics and home decor are greatly discounted and worth waiting for. They have many, many choices too. Not only normal fabric but outdoor fabric, landscape fabric, etc. Check their Facebook page for the sale dates.
